Security:

• The property is fully fenced and secured by electric fencing on the perimeter

Safety:

• Each unit lessee is responsible for their own lock, we don't keep keys

Content:

• Anything can be stored eg. boxes, furniture, cars, sporting equipment, garden equipment
• No illegal items, goods, products are allowed

Insurance:

• The property is approved by most Insurance companies
• Each unit lessee is responsible for their own content insurance
• With most insurance companies, your storage content will be covered by your normal insurance. However you will need to inform your insurance company

Payment/Rental period:

• Minimum rental of 2 calender months is required.
• Payments can be made in cash or EFT (no credit card payment).
• No deposit required.

Tariffs:

• R 650 per month for 6 x 2,5 m unit.
• R 1300 per month for 12 x 2,5 m unit.
• New tenants pay first 2 months plus R 100 for access key.
